Patients are scheduled by appointment. On your first visit, a permanent record will be initiated. You will be asked to complete a Patient Registration Packet. Try to arrive at least 30 minutes before your scheduled time. Established patients need to arrive 15 minutes before appointment for updates. Call 713.797.9200 to speak to an office receptionist.
Canceling an Appointment
If you are unable to keep your appointment or if you are going to be late, for any reason, please call the office as soon as possible. This courtesy allows the office to be of service to other patients. Messages may be left on the office voicemail system.
In an effort to keep medical costs down, it is asked that you pay for all office visits, at the time services are rendered. Credit Card, Cash, or Check are accepted.
